Clean room, airco wich was a big relief when we came in the room. The staff was always available. Beds were comfortable.

The stay at Chiado was very smooth and enjoyable - from checking in, asking questions from the reception and also my rest at night. Despite being very central, it wasn't noisy at all and I really enjoyed my sleep! My husband was not a fan of the bed but everyone has their preference I guess ... :P The apartment also had enough space for both of us and a big luggage, plus it also had kitchen/cooking facilities if needed. Bathroom was spacious and it had a lift to go to the higher floors which was very handy in a place like that!

The place is next to Saint George Castle and Santa Luzia gardens…the view is breathtaking 😍 It’s very easy to go to the center of Lisbon from this hotel. The hosts are very very kind (especially Marcus) 🤩 I can’t wait to come back again

Wow!! The place was really nice!! The room is designed in a very special and unique way. The library with songs of Frank Sinatra, the cherry liqueur, for welcoming guests, conditioner that works well, a lot of light, and space in the room. The cleaning was perfect The owner was very helpful and kind, and responded very quickly to any questions. Even I forgot some stuff in the room and needed help to send it to another destination, they found it and were very kind to do it!! So I really recommend that place, you will enjoy, and feel safe😊

The room is very good and comfortable, and the location is amazing! Everything is close by, but the street is still quiet enough that you don’t hear anything. Lorena and Pedro are also really supportive and helped us throughout our stay with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They would chat with us as we came and went and nothing was too hard.

I liked everything about it, from my charming room with the spacious bathroom and cute balcony to the nice diy breakfast, the tasteful common area and the lovely cat. Great stay overall.

Well designed space and modern decor. The town and other hotel guests were very quiet, so we were able to sleep well. The elevator was an asset for my mobility-limited mother. Felt very safe and secure with good locks and procedures on all doors and gates. AC was comfortable and much appreciated. Very cosmopolitan guests and it’s enjoyable to eat breakfast (bread, jams, fresh citrus fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee with people from around the world. The primary method of contact with the owners when they are not on property is thru booking.com. Make sure you download the app and check it often for messages (also sent to email via booking.com).

I spent nearly a week in Rui and Maria's lovely place with my Dad and had the best time. Everything we needed was right at hand. The pool is amazing, if cold, but that's a good thing :) Nice to have a car though, but Uber works so well in Lisbon, that it's really not a problem. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love the location, close to main attractions, restaurants and walkable areas. The space was beautifully decorated, very spacious and the view of the Rossio square was the cherry on top.

First of all, staff was fantastic. They are kind, answer everything quickly and they are very attentive. Location was perfect.

We were on the 3rd floor, Conception apt, clean, quiet (double pane windows), very good wifi, great shower, comfortable bed, sockets by both sides of the bed, fridge, utensils, friendly manager offered to store our bags but apartment was ready by noon when we got there so our jet-lagged bodies were very happy. It surpassed my expectations, nothing bad to say. Well OK the door lock was tricky, rarely got it on the first try but we laughed and treated it as an adventure. Turn left out the door and a great breakfast place "Mil Sabores"

The most beautiful neighborhood, beautiful window view, sound of fado trough the whole Alfama when the night comes, super nice building, room also super good, there is a kitchen you can use, everything nice and clean, staff very nice and helpful! We are very happy we chose this place and we would definitely come again!

Excellent location right at the heart of the city. Rossio metro and train stations are just 2-3 minutes of a walk. Room and the bed was excellent. Lot of restaurants around the place. Staff was super friendly, and breakfast was good. View from the room right on to the roads with balcony.

Location very central to tourist attractions and restaurants. Studio apartment offers kitchen, appliances, and a washer/dryer, a home away from home! Staff very welcoming and kind; answered all our questions.
