Beach rentals in Hillcrest

The condo was great and had everything we needed plus some. All dishes, pots and pans, washer and dryer, boogie boards, cooler and some suntan lotions. Also plenty of towels, beach towels and bedding. We loved it and will definitely go back.Also the location is within walking distance of town, restaurants, shopping etc.

The condo was exactly as expected from the listing and photos. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Having a full kitchen was great and convenient. The location was also great right in town. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and a beach in just a few minutes. Also was able to walk to the Royal Kona Resort for a luau and avoid parking fees in town. The community was great. It was quiet and had bbqs which we used a couple times and a pool. We were also able to watch a beautiful sunset from the master bedroom patio and saw many whales from there.

Location was only a five minute walk from Kailua-Kona centre = great for going out without having to drive!

Very convenient location, walking distance to good dinner and breakfast options. Great to have a parking spot for the rental car. SUPER-comfortable bed!!! Spotlessly clean. Nice decor. Nice to have access to hot tub, pool and laundry. Pretty view of the garden. Friendly check-in staff, very easy process. Excellent communications from the hosts.

Very comfortable, immaculate unit. The owner had made every effort to make the condo pleasant and functional. Also a very good location. Exactly what I was hoping it would be.

Location i the main attraction of this unit. Also a nice pool with bbq. At night they have tiki torches which makes it look very tropical. Nice patio with table and chairs with garden around.

Amazing place!!! It was exactly like the photo's, even better. Chris gave excellent and clear instructions. If you need anything he replies or calls right away. Very safe location. The walkway takes you right to the beach, restaurants, and bars. If you do stay longer, the kitchenette has all you need. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were so close the the ocean. it put us to sleep every night. The view was gorgeous. The place was clean, stocked and we have no complaints. Would absolutely book again

Our 4th floor unit was directly ocean front! It was very spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything one might need. The beds and linens were super comfortable and excellent quality. The unit had a washer-dryer and a spacious lanai. Absolutely loved our stay!
