I am a Home Share situation. Not a Hotel. You get your own Private Room and Private Bathroom. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner are available at Magic's Grill restaurant just across the street. Or cook in the full kitchen provided in the Homeshare. Being a Homeshare means that I myself am cleaning and sanitizing your room and bathroom, plus all common areas before each arrival. Ive stopped early check-ins to ensure I have the time to clean/sanitize all surfaces for my guests. This includes all soft surfaces such as bedspreads and all linens which are washed in hot (140 degrees) before being placed in your rooms. Ive been able to maintain my nine (9) star rating average over the years due to my extremely high cleaning standards I set for myself. Here at the White Sands Village condos, we are across street to the beach! Just 100 meters down the driveway to Magic Sands Beach. And a new restaurant (2019) just opened at the beach across the street. Ask me as many questions about the Home Share process as you wish. Its much better than a hotel, most people find. Much more cost effective. It's akin to having a flat mate who is never home, while your on holiday. And I provide good snacks :)

I'm easy going. I am available if you need anything, yet I stay to myself in the background :).
