It was in a great location—especially for people who are biking like we were. Schwallenabch is close to Spitz and felt very far from being overly touristy.

- It is a private house, two stories. First floor living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Second floor two bedrooms. Private parking up the driveway. There is only a staircase connecting the two floors so it is not for people with difficulty with the stairs. - all of the wine/jam is with cost. It is not free. - there is a balcony and a patio. Very nice to sit outside. View to the water from the patio.

The owner was very nice and kind. The room was small but it had everything what we needed during our stay and it was super clean. I recommend the place for everyone who wants to spend few days in a comfortable nice place.
