What a spectacular experience. Felt like we were staying with a friend. She went above and beyond for recommendations for us. Assisted us with laundry, and provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet, right by the train, and close to surrounding activities and restaurants.

excellent hotel with excellent heated pools ( outdoor and indoor) which is excellent for day which is cold and rainy . breakfast is very good with variety of foods. 30 min drive from luzern center and 1 hour drive to Juangfrau region highly recommended

Everything. It was our first visit in Lucerne. The lake view upgrade was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner were awesome. The receptionist was beyond helpful( a blonde girl with a pony tail, she was very eh helpful in managing our trip to mount Pilatus.). Will definitely go there again. It was a memorable trip for me and my family. 10/10.

Staff is exceptionally friendly, and replying quickly on the requests/questions before arrival and during stay. Cosy and clean location. Special thanks for fragrance sticks aroma)) It was the first time staying with the toddler in the mountains, and it was definitely worth it.
