The location was conveniently located within walkable distance to/ from city center. A short taxi ride from train station (actually you could walk but it was raining). The house is fully equipped and nicely decorated. We can contact the host easily via chat/WhatsApp, and he responded really quick.

I had an amazing stay at Elice Apartment! The location is perfect, right in the city center of Rovaniemi and close to everything you need. It’s just a 10-minute drive from Santa Claus Village, which was super convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to five people. We had an amazing time in Kotatuli - staying with a local family (and their dogs) really makes a trip to Lapland very special and personal. Living in the middle of the forest is such a treat to relax and unwind, plus you get to see the Northern Lights driving there. Totally recommended!

Had a conflict with the hotel booking and our tour for Aurora Hunting since it was cancelled for two days. We talked to the owners and they were very understanding. When we arrived, the cottage was all to ourselves. We were surprised with all the amenities and did not expect to be that complete. It was cozy, safe and comfortable.

I really loved the apartment. It had everything needed for a long stay, and the location was perfect right in the city center, close to everything: the bus to Santa Claus Village, the airport, and all the main spots. The place was comfortable, the bed was great, everything was clean, and the apartment was spacious. We were two people and it was more than enough for us it can easily accommodate up to four. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow and we had no issues at all. Honestly, we didn’t even feel like leaving the apartment… we loved it so much.
