One of the best BnBs I've ever been to: fantastic location (just a few steps to the Botany Bay beach), amazing hosts Barry and Aye: very helpful, responsive, truly hospitable; the room was perfect: everything was new and spotless clean and fresh, comfy big bed, spacious shower, lots of thoughtful details and artsy touches. There was plenty of parking space outside. Our spaniel was welcome there as well, he loved having lead-free walks in the field in front on the house. We loved the atmosphere in the lounge room on the upper floor with balcony and the stunning sea views while having a chat with Barry and other guests. It's a true gem in the Broadstairs-Margate area. We would love to come again. Highly recommended.

Cosy, compact, clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts. Beautifully decorated resembling a beach hut inside. Very cosy, spotless clean throughout. It goes above and beyond re: hospitality. Welcome chocolate, bottled water, wide selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuit, vintage like kettle . Two types of power showers - modern clean bathroom offering toiletries including make up remover items for ladies. I would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to return.

Very friendly and detailed instructions emailed a few hours prior to arrival. Very clean and tidy and clearly cared for. Area felt very safe with car parking right outside bedroom window. 3 adults and a 17 year old, we only stayed for one night prior to a 5am euro tunnel crossing but would've been quite happy staying for longer if we'd have been on holiday. Quiet area and very comfortable accommodation- very versatile, with a (huge) double bed, a double pull out sofa and several other chairs/sofas.

The location is great, parking is a bonus, clean property with everything you might need and let’s not forget Martin who is on top as a host, replies within a minutes and goes an extra mile for a guest. I would be definitely coming back!
