Beautifully appointed and super spacious room. Was upgraded to a sea view room, which was absolutely delightful. Breakfast was a nice spread of options and coffee with larger dishes for purchase, I was fine with what was provided. Convenient to have a restaurant on site for a late bite or glass of wine before turning in. Staff were all super helpful. Can walk everywhere in town from here.

What a cool place! We loved strolling the collection and the location was fantastic. Rooms were excellent.

Close to Dreamland for a concert. On a very hot day, the room with air-conditioning was a necessity. Staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a parking spot (extra pay) and this was a luxury in the busy Margate.

One of the loviest hotel I’ve even been into. Very helpful and nice staff, could help to store luggage before and after checked in/ out. free pool table to use, comfortable beds with refrigerator. Great location. Will def recommend friends and family

I didn't have the breakfast as I had arranged to eat out with my family. However I noticed there were two choices for everyone. Continental or a full cooked breakfast which smelt delicious!

The rooms are super cosy and beautifully decorated. The location is excellent, and the host is lovely, friendly, and very welcoming.

We had an excellent room on the top floor which was fully equipped, comfortable and quiet. Our host Fee appears to be someone who makes an effort to make the room comfortable and the guests happy. Thanks Fee

Amazing location, owner was always available and extremely friendly. Interesting layout and had absolutely everything that was needed, kitchen and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious! :)

The property was super warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The decor was really cute and colourful. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the affordable price for such a cute place.

Ady & Sam were wonderful hosts! Their house is perfectly located, within walking distance of the old town, restaurants and a much quieter shore than the beach right at the entrance to Margate. They had fantastic recommendations for food and drink, and Ady's suggestion to walk to Botany Bay and then back along the sand at low tide was the highlight of our weekend. Our room was very large, with tons of closet space and a nice window seat. The shower was spacious, the whole place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We'll definitely reach out to Ady & Sam next time we visit Margate, and not just because I miss their cats (who were very friendly but also totally out of the way, if you happen to not like cats).

Lauren was a great host - enough information prior to us arriving and available for any questions we had during our stay. Place was spotless and we had the best time. Great location being a couple of mins from the beach. Loved it so much we've booked up to return.

Lovely space, and handy to have two loos. The terrace was nice to sit around on, and the beds were very comfortable.

Pods were fabulous. Such lovely set ups! My children were sad we only had one night! So was I!! Lovely and clean just perfect

Gorgeous location and campsite. The tent itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. There is a kitchen on site with a gas hob, fridge, and all the pots and pans you might need for cooking. The bathrooms are again extremely clean and have hot water. Dawn is beyond helpful, ended up giving us lifts from and to the station as we didn't have a car. Overall it was a delightful weekend and we will certainly be back!

I liked the history of the property plus the lovely large room and en-suite. Great view of the sea and very quiet. Excellent fish and chips at the restaurant!

Beautiful decor, boutique hotel, friendly staff & amazing location

Great little place, stayed here for two nights with my partner and was pleasantly surprised by the service and facilities. Had full English breakfast on Sunday morning which was really good. Walk to the beach was only about 10 mins long.
