The apt has thick pile carpets, bluetooth audio bathroom mirror, smart 4k TV, filtered drinking water, wine chiller, etc, all designed to make one feel at home. The apt even has ceiling infrared heater panels used for room heating & studies show that exposure to infrared stimulate the mitochondria in our skin cells which helps to (a) lower glucose levels in the blood (b) boost metabolism & (c) fight desease. Margate itself has a creative influence over most people who spend time here. I taught myself to kitesurf here & I now instruct & advocate kitesurfing as a lifestyle. We're so lucky in Margate to have an all new wakeboard park called Whitemills Wake on our doorstep. Thanks to our microclimate, we also have some of the best conditions nationally for kitesurfing and SUPing.
