With shops and restaurants at the end of the road — including Aldi — and Margate beach, Old Town and the seafront around a 15-minute walk away, the location balances convenience with calm. Margate station is approximately 12–15 minutes on foot, with buses and taxis easily available. The property is garden-facing (with no one above) and features: • Two large, luxurious bedrooms • 1000 pocket-sprung mattresses with all-cotton bedding • Statement 8ft plush headboard in the main bedroom • Full air conditioning in the living space • Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube & Amazon • Xbox with games • Cot, high chair, toddler seat, baby gate, children’s plates & cutlery Designed to feel relaxed and thoughtfully finished, it’s ideal for couples, friends or families wanting space to unwind after a day by the sea. Security & Consideration There is a Ring doorbell at the entrance and a Minut decibel monitor inside the property for neighbour protection. The Minut measures noise levels only — it does not record conversations. House Guidelines To keep the space enjoyable for everyone: • No parties or loud music (quiet hours after 11pm) • No smoking, vaping, candles or open flames • No deep frying • No e-scooters/e-bikes inside & no battery charging • Lead guest must be over 21 • No pets except registered assistance dogs • Visitors by prior approval only • No deliveries other than food Security devices must not be tampered with. We take great pride in the property and ask that it is treated with care. Damage or permanent staining may result in charges via the booking platform.

About Your Host I’ve always loved Margate and the seaside, so in 2018 I combined that passion with my interest in interior design and opened The Penthouse. Its success led to The Duplex in 2019, followed by a third coastal property in Littlestone in 2022.
