Here we have a split level flat located at the end of a quiet terrace, fully renovated in April 2018. Modern and stylish with wooden floors downstairs and bi-fold doors that open into the 50 square metre garden (rare in Margate) creates a homely and relaxing break. We are a 5 minute walk from Margate Station and a 1 minute walk from the beach. The Old Town, Turner gallery and Dreamlands can easlily be reached on foot. Pets are more than welcome, as are their owners.

Leaving the chilly north I found myself in Rochester, Kent via London. Having spent most of my adult life as a musician touring, I always saw myself ending up somewhere with sand between my toes. Selling my flat in London led to buying a holiday home in Margate, which I hope others will be able to enjoy as much as I do

The are plenty of shops and a Tesco Express close to the flat, so you can pop out if you need any supplies. There are also a great pizza, vegan, Indian and a micro pub 5 minutes from the front door.
