Westbrook Lodge is a family run guesthouse everyone is welcome in our home. We took over the guesthouse in December 2020. Since then we have appeared on TV. The Hotel Inspector July 25 and Four in a bed October 24. We love being by the sea, so this is a perfect location for us. We are both into VW classic cars and Colin owns a beetle. We love anything retro especially music and clothes. Tracy loves baking and photography. We have had a few years in hospiality working for others but felt now was the right time in our lives to venture out on our own. We look forward to meeting all our guests.

The property is located 361 ft to the sands Westbrook Bay - Blue Flag Beach ,0.6 mile to Margate Train Station and 0.9 mile to Margate's High Street. We have various room options from a single, double, triple and a family room. Some are with a shared bathroom and some have a ensuite. 10 of our rooms are on the 1st Floor which are accessed by 1 flight of stairs. We also have 1 Ground Floor ensuite room [Lion room] which is suitable for guests with mobility issuses. We have a private free car park. We also have a safe area for parking bicycles and motorbikes. We are in a quiet residential area with free parking all around The Guest house. WE ARE NOT in the centre of Margate, but on the Sea front of Westbrook Bay Beach which leads into Margate main sands. It is only a 10 minute stroll along the beach front promanade with beautiful coastal views to reach the main centre of Margate. Our property is covered by 24 hour CCTV. PLEASE NOTE: Although we are NOT pet friendly.However we Do have pets that live in our private flat and do not come in to the Guesthouse, in you have any concerns please message us.

Great location close to Dreamland Amusement Park and Music Venue, which is a 15 minute walk away along a lovely promanade. 10 minutes away from Strokes Adventure Golf overlooking the beautiful Westbrook Bay. 1.3 miles from Winter Gardens and 20 minutes walking distance to Turner Contemporary Gallery. 15 minute walk to Margate main sands and amusements. 20 minute walk to Margate old town and restaurants. Other attractions include The Shell Grotto, Margate caves, Margate museum, Hornby visitors centre, rascal bay adventure golf, Manston Spitfire museum, Quex park and for retail therapy Westwood Cross retail park. Broadstairs and Ramsgate are a 10 minute drive away too. Close to the beach for all the water sports lovers. Tennis courts opposite the Guest House.
