Property really nice arrival easy and access to keys to apartment very easy. Would go back prime location for the area to visit.

Marie came out to greet us on arrival, & got the key out of the key safe ready for us. There was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us in the kitchen, which was very welcome after a 4 hour drive. The kitchen has everything you could need, to cook, from woks, pans dishes to the never ending utensils. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa, the view was stunning from the kitchen and lounge, the perfect way to have your morning cuppa. They have a selection of dvd's for you to watch, and parking at the rear of the property, just walk down the side of the property, you have your own parking bay. There are a few shops about 5 min walk, the Spar is very reasonable with lovely friendly staff. The property is right in the middle to commute to all areas. It took 25 mins to get to Anglesea, everywhere is commuted from the expressway which is 5 mins drive away. We will be back, can't recommend it enough.The photos are taken from the chairs by the bay window in the lounge.

Comfortable and good value property in excellent location

Flat was gorgeous, great location, very clean, lovely views. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. So much space. The master bedroom with freestanding bath was amazing. Beds comfy.

Free parking and secure place nice and quiet

Cute converted garage of a lovely house, done to a high spec. Kitchenette has everything!—microwave, toaster, kettle…Great shower. Nicely decorated but no real place to sit—there’s a small desk and the bed. Easy access to coastal and hill walks. I would stay again!

The location was great - right on the harbour with views of the river. The high street is literally just round the corner The house was very cosy and comfortable. It was very quiet throughout our stay. The host was clear in her messaging.

Loved everything staff were lovely one or two at breakfast came across a bit off when we moved tables but then we should have asked 🤔

Beautiful hotel, in a lovely setting. We had a warm welcome at reception and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel also had beautiful gardens.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right across from the beach. The room was great, everything was very comfortable. The restaurant was really good for dinner and there are plenty of choices in walking distance. We really enjoyed the views and the ambience of the hotel.

No breakfast provided. There could have been more towels but host was very responsive to our request. A hook on bathroom door would be nice.

Convenient location, lovely staff, and pretty rooms with comfortable beds

Ashdale Guest House was very homey and comfortable. From walking in the door, I felt at home. There is a cozy living room for guest use right off the lobby as well as a bright, cherry dining room on the opposite side where you will enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning. The bedroom was small but had everything I needed, including an en suite and a tea set up. Perfect! And Linda and Peter were both so welcoming and personable. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hospitality of the Manager Mr.John really impressive

Not far from beach , shops, and train stations. Got nice sleeping and bedroom really clean.

Sadie on reception was very helpful and pleasant we ate at the Goat food was delicious. Definitely will be back .
