I really cannot fit in this box how brilliant I think my stay here was. The location is close to everything you could need on holiday, good shops, places to eat, pubs , sea side beach . common , rock gardens and even skate park, museums and pier , transport is on hand with buses all over. The Hotel was very pleasant and my room was large with a great sea front view, I was warm comfortable, with a very nice bed all clean linen and tea coffee milk etc to hand with fresh towels and good storgage. The kitchen was close and although i didnt use it I think a group could easily prepare food in there, as overall and again it was clean tidy and hygienic . I really cannot say how my stay here exceeded all of my expectation, and given the price of my stay overall I really was not expectiong it to . Thank you so much , and I would recommend your hotel to anyone everyday :-)

value was good, used for marathon, clean room, lots amenities, very quiet, secure, easy to find, kind customer service. I opted for paid parking on site, but free parking available on street 5 mins away

The bed was comfortable, and it was easy to get there and get the keys for the room.

The amazing staff and the service they provided is what I took this hotel to top level. They were all so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home.

Lovely boutique style hotel close to Southsea seafront. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The hotel's sister "gastro pub" across the road also did a great evening meal. Recommended, will visit again.

The room was well appointed and had everything we needed including Tea, Coffee and Water. TV on the wall with Freeview and a decent shower. There is a wardrobe too to hang your clothes and store your stuff. The apartments are well placed for the beach front and about a 30 minute walk into Portsmouth. Breakfast was excellent and definitely worth adding. You need to walk to the main hotel on Florence Road to have Breakfast which takes less than 5 minutes.

The professional reception customer service ( my arrival was out of hours and reception was being managed by the bar staff). My late evening meal of the slow cooked beef was simply outstanding! It was very enjoyable and highly recommended. My accommodation was spacious, clean, and the bedding comfy and inviting after a long day. Breakfast was equally enjoyable.

Friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the bar. Many breakfast options for vegetarians. Spacious, free parking. Easy to find, central location.
