Perfectly situated on Clarence Parade, just steps away from the seafront, dining, entertainment. Ideal location for Victorious Festival, the Great South Run, and other events on Southsea Common and the Seafront. 🚶‍♀️ ACCESS: The apartment is located on the second floor. This property is not suitable for anyone unable to climb steps. A lift is often (but not always) available, but please note there are 10–12 steps to access it.

The location is fantastic, the beach is only 5 mins walk.
