Wonderful staff. Excellent beer and a warm fire to greet us on arrival. A beautifully decorated and welcoming public house and B&B. Rooms are very comfortable with large bathrooms and very hot water. Location is perfect for both the coast and Arundel. Will stay again.

Comfortable bed and plenty of tea and coffee

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! It has been recently renovated to a very high standard and the design and furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The hotel is stunning. The staff were lovely and welcoming and went out of their way at breakfast to provide a gluten free alternative. It made a nice change to have some interesting items on the breakfast menu such as eggs benedict, florentine etc and it was all freshly cooked to order, rather than being a breakfast buffet. If you ordered breakfast in advance at the hotel (which we did when we arrived) it was only £10 per head which was very good value. The room we were allocated was spotless, stylishly furnished, very comfortable bed (one of the best hotel beds we have slept in!) and lovely bathroom.

Clean and modern with good cooking facilities

Host (Isaac) was very communicative, keeping us informed at every stage, even the night before check-out. Having a numeric door lock means no keys to leave somewhere. Fantastic central location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, same into town, 10 minutes to Worthing train station. Quiet at night, unless you count seagull noise! Would certainly book this place again.
