The Simms Suite - a newly converted 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex apartment. Situated above a famous sweet shop in the heart of Worthing Town Centre, less that 150 meters from the beach. We built this apartment with love, it has been set up as a comfortable loft style apartment with original period features, such-as traditional south coast exposed flint and brickwork, exposed steelwork, superking zip-link beds in both bedrooms; allowing for the beds to be set up in either full single twins or large superkings, a fully fitted kitchen with high end Siemens appliances, 55 inch smart TV's in the living space and both bedrooms, superfast fibre WiFi and an overall exceptional interior design.
