Excellent Georgian and European food. Very tasty breakfast. Beautiful sea views, private beach, free parking on a side and great range of excursions with wonderful places nearby.

Very nice place! Host are really friendly, they gave me lots of home made food to try. Room has smart tv with YouTube, good wifi, 1 min walk from beach, very close to bars, restaurant, downtown. Perfect location walking distance to everything, perfect central location. They have a store attached to guesthouse with anything you could need. Best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed.

Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

I liked the cleanliness of the entire property. It was on a quiet street which was nice since we just wanted to rest and enjoy the beach without unnecessary chaos.

I booked this place for my parents and they enjoyed to stay there very much. The room was super clean, the host was great, overall experience was wonderful. I would go there again and recommend it for everyone who likes homy environment.

The hotel was perfect. For this price, it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is noteworthy that despite not being Georgians, they still tried their best to communicate in Georgian, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was fully prepared for all u ur needs,spa,Massage,cafe and restaurant,pool,access to the beach. Reseption staff were helpful and professional, The waited Irina was amazing in the restaurant with her service and smile

This is probably the best place you can have on the coast in Georgia. The location is a perfect balance between proximity to Batumi (~30 min taxi ride), Kobuleti's amenities (shops, restaurants), and the sea itself. The accommodation itself is also very nice (it's new, has everything listed, etc.). And most importantly – the host is the real example of Georgian hospitality.

David (the owner), his wife, the cooks, and everybody there exceeded all the limits of human kindness. My grandfather had a heart attack there while on vacation. The way they took care of my daughter and family was fascinating. I will never forget how attentive they were. Probably the best thing that happened to us in Georgia was to book a stay in their hotel. But besides this emotional part, the guest house is located in a good area, though at the edge of Kobuleti, but near a clean and calm beach. Enough far from the streets for not hearing the noise and enjoying super fresh air in the morning, but not that far for walking. If you like clubbing, this is not your place, if you want cosy family stay, definitely go
