Beach Hotels in Skiathos

The apartment is brand new and impeccably clean. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, making sure we had a pleasant stay and offering great local tips. They also run a nearby restaurant, which serves excellent traditional food—highly recommended for a genuine local dining experience. The location is convenient, with both the city center and the airport nearby, however, having a car is practical. Despite being close to the airport, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful, nestled in a lovely green area.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lagoterra Apartments, located right next to the lake. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kostas, the host, whose hospitality and kindness truly made our stay special. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped – everything we needed was there. The location is excellent: peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only about 20 minutes on foot from the town center, which makes it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the island. The property has a lovely garden filled with olive trees, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is also private parking space, which was very convenient for us. Although the apartment is close to the airport, the noise was not a problem at all – in fact, it added a bit of charm to the experience. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend Lagoterra Apartments to anyone visiting Skiathos. Thank you, Kostas, for everything – we hope to come back again!

The breakfast was so yummy! The staff was helpful and friendly! The room was perfect with a kitchenette and a lovely view from the balcony!

The host is amazing, their so nice and attentive! Their hospitality is out of this world! It's a very peaceful place and we felt like home! It's pretty near from downtown and the access to the house is a fun ride! We had an amazing week, the pool is awesome and the view from the balcony is out of this world! We will miss this house and the little sweet cat Donna!

Phenomenal stay with wonderful hospitality. The family who owns this place really went out of their way to make me feel taken care of. Beautiful views, walking distance from the port, and the comfiest bed I’ve encountered in my stay on the island.

GORGEOUS hotel. Super friendly staff. We felt so welcome. The room was fantastic, we had our own private pool, the cocktails and food was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, great breakfast with a view. Friendly and helpful staff that recommended and set up a perfect boat tour. We arrived early and were able to relax by the pool and utilize the free towels and order drinks from the bar. We want to come back to Skiathos and will stay here again.

Perfect place to stay, just enough far from the city center, quiet nice place, clean, every detail is perfect related to the house, pool, nice comfort private parking, good wifi that covers the whole house and the pool area.

The staff is the kindness people ever and is so helpful. Maria was soo sweet! The location was great, less than 10 min walk to shops and ports. I would definitely come back here and stay again. Very reasonably priced.

Right on a nice beachfront stretch. The reception staff was incredibly helpful in accommodating an early arrival. I booked one of the cottages and thought it was really nice. Had a comfortable layout and nice size patio. Pool area is very modern with comfy loungers and a relaxed vibe. The onsite beach bar had nice food and drinks and could even bring up to the pool area or service on the beach. The beach subbed do cost money but I found the pool area more relaxing. Checkout was easy and fast. Onsite parking was very helpful as well. Located along the main road made it easy to get into the main town you can walk, take the bus or drive. Several supermarkets and bakery within walking distance. Overall just a fabulous choice all around.
