This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a pleasant experience. The location is one of the biggest highlights—just a short walk from the train station and the city center, which made it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. While not extravagant, it was quite decent, with a good variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Close to the cruise ships. They have a shuttle service that picked us up at a reasonable rate.

Used the hotel smart cruise prior to boarding a cruise. Very friendly staff on what’s app 24/7 if required and very close to the port. Ideal location.

The staff works very hard to meet your needs. For example: Transportation Nico helped with transportation arrangements for us when we completed our cruise and traveled to Rome.

Nice place to stay at Civitavecchia. The staff is really helpful and the place is comfortable. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. You can walk easily from the port.

Amazing gem in Citavecchia. Super clean with very new amenities. Kettle in room. Breakfast was great. Heating and a/c in each room. And the staff were the best !!! Especially the really lovely woman in the morning. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Everyone was so helpful. We left some things behind and they gathered them up and we were able to collect them. I especially loved the terrace where we could sit out and drink coffee. It was a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful hotel right in front of the sea with amazing views. Spacious and luxurious rooms and bathrooms. The best part was the outstanding service – Daniel, Elisa and Marco made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return!

My son and I just left there. It is spotless and so comfortable to stay at. My grandparents are from Italy. The owner and her son( I think it was her son) were so incredibly helpful. They make you feel like family can’t just as I remember my grandparents doing. Definitely stay here!

Ideal for late ferry arrival just 20 mins away. Nice clean , decent size apartment . Lovely big comfortable bed. And large terrace from the bedroom. Also a good open view from the terrace, surrounded by countryside. Continental breakfast. Hosts were very nice people. Not far from the beach . Plenty of parking areas…Would like to have stayed more than one night but traveling around Italy …
