The apartment is close both to the center and the sea and is looking better than in the pictures so it was a very good surprise. Also is very well equiped with lots of tools and breakfast cookies in the kitchen and quality furniture, high ceiling. The host is very nice and is speaking also french. This property exceeded our expectations.

Best host with cute doggo. The accomodation had one small parking space inside (perfect for small cars, <4m), also one more parking space in front of the gate. Beach was close (for the ones who want to stay in the hot season) 10 min by foot. Boccadasse village is wonderfull and Genoa is a town to remember. Also the accomodation is close to the highway to La Spezia if you want to visit cinque terre or Santa Margherita Ligure/Portofino.

Absolutely amazing B&B in a great location - just a few minutes from Boccadasse, beach, restaurants, bars and bus stop. The host Francesca couldn’t do enough, was a wealth of knowledge and provided a fabulous breakfast including some home made treats. Definitely recommend this
