Hongjun was super helpful. helped us with our luggage and he even took us to the train station with his car.

This was one of my favourite places to stay in Europe. The hostel was in a great location, great facilities, comfy beds, clean and a really homely hostel vibe which was nice. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Chicano. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. Diego who was our host, was present and very responsive to our every need. He was also very gracious with his time giving us a very complete run down of how to visit Cinque Terre and surrounding villages whether by car train or ferry as appropriate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly. We locked ourselves out and they answered our call late at night and were lovely. The location is perfect, offers quiet and quaint setting with lots of restaurant options, a cafe, and a convenience store. Close to the train station to get to cinque terre. Would highly recommend!!! Chiara is a very nice host to us. The breakfast was nice. We stayed for two nights and the breakfast was different everyday. The location is in the middle of the city center and the station. It is perfect to walk just 5 mins from station or the city center. The room is clean and cozy. I love it and enjoyed the stay here. Highly recommend it and it is good for value.

The property was in a great location! I could walk from the train station. I could walk to the ferry and the waterfront park. I enjoyed the vibe of the pedestrian streets and plazas with all the shops and restaurants. The carousel was charming. So much fun!

Best place I ever stayed in italy!

Best B&B you can wish for. Great location, good restaurant in walking distance. Parking spot is five minute walk away and safe, not on the side of the road. Nadia, the owner, is a great and helpful. Her son Francesco speak perfect English.

We loved this beautiful hotel in Portovenere! It was raining the afternoon we arrived, so made reservations to eat at the hotel. Great Food, Wonderful Staff, Lovely Room. Perfect location with access to Cinque Terra.

Where do I start?! This place was amazing from the wonderful staff who were so receptive, kind and helpful to the great rooms with a great price tag. There was even breakfast provided for a great price. I was traveling for two weeks through Italy and stayed in a different place every day except when we came upon Hotel Gratzie. It was such an amazing place located in a quiet, non-touristy, beautiful part of town. The experience was so good and the location was so good that my girlfriend and I decided to stay another day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager already knew my name and immediately told us about some of the best dinner places around, sights to see, and places to visit during our stay. We were checked in within a few minutes, and we had an early check-in which they graciously allowed us. This is the only hotel in Italy that I specifically marked on google maps so that I could return on my next trip. It was one of those places where you somehow know deep down inside that you will be back in the (hopefully near) future. Thank you Hotel Gratzie for your kindness and helpfulness during our stay. You truly run a fantastic business and I hope to see you again soon!

Location was perfect! All the food was delicious. The hosts were fabulous. They treated us like royalty! The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotless. Loved the modern touches, especially in the bathroom... That shower! Again, we can't overstate how gracious the hosts were!
