Its quiet and elegant with excellent guest amenities.

Beautiful place, excellent facilities, i was surprised how well maintained and clean everything was. Beautiful lakefront area under trees, lots of spaciousness, great pools, great well stocked market for all you cooking and other needs, basically like a fully stocked grocery store and general store. Excellent spot for a family vacation, my kids loved it

The proprietor, Mario was attentive even before I arrived by responding to my questions immediately. Throughout my stay he made me feel as though I was singularly special. Mario also went out of his way to help me with suggestions and with assisting me with plans. On the morning of my departure he sent me off with an unexpected kind gesture of a coffee and pastries. I was deeply impressed by his hands-on approach to making sure all the guests were well taken care of.

Great location and close to restaurants, shops, water, and city center! Top of the line furniture and all furnishings! Some of the best bath towels I’ve ever gotten at a bnb! I will definitely be planning to come back to Iseo and I would have to come back and stay here. Host responsive and helpful with any questions and suggestions in the area. Out of our two weeks traveling this was our favorite stay! 10/10 cleaning and 10/10 amenities especially the shower! AC was absolutely perfect!

Very good location, just 25min walk to Iseo. In 5min walk distance there is bakery with great pastries and bread. Parking on the provided spot is tricky if you get bigger car, our Octavia combi needed quite some gymnastic to fit from narrow street into gate. But place itself is big enough and protected from sun/hail. Also enough place to leave bikes and other stuff. Very nice and friendly host, always happy to help and sharing tips around attractions and things to do.

walking distance to lakeside,port and train station. We appreciated easy access to via valeriana by foot as well as other beautiful hikes. close to cafes and bars. We had a really good stay in this spacious apartment

This was our first short vacation in Italy. And Lake Iseo and these wonderful apartments made our stay incredible. The owners were incredibly kind, offering to pick us up from the train station. They are a very nice couple. The apartment is very well-maintained, well-renovated, clean, and spacious.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous . From the beautiful pastry table ,to the hot dishes ,to the meat and cheese trays and then the espresso and coffee machine it was all beautifully presented and delicious. The staff was helpful if there was anything else needed. The pool and hot tub with views of the lake were paradise as was the hotel location in one of the most beautiful settings in the world .
