United StatesBeautiful apartment with kitchen that was well stocked and perfect for longer stays. Comfortable beds (even the sofa bed!) with high quality linens and pillows. Also a sweet patio area as featured in the photos. The hosts were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help us get from train station to Ostia Antica in time to experience this amazing ruin. They also gave recommendations for other activities and places to eat. We enjoyed a walk to the beach and to the downtown area for dinner which was a 5 minute walk. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Italy and we wish we could have stayed longer. They made us feel like family coming to visit!

United StatesEntry instructions were clear. Communication was excellent and easily reachable. The room was relaxing, the jacuzzi helpful for recovering from jet lag. We slept well. In a residential apartment building. Loved the little balcony with an authentic street view. Our first night ever in Italy and this was a great introduction. We wanted to stay longer, but needed to meet up with a group.
I would recommend this for someone just coming to Italy for the first time. This would also be a wonderful romantic getaway. Nice walk to the beach, though it took a bit to find an entry point for the beach, off season. Glad we stayed here instead of a 'regular hotel'. Recommend the cafe across the street for breakfast.

IsraelFabio & Simona greeted us on the street & made sure we had what we needed. I loved the balcony with chairs & wished we were staying long enough to use them. We would stay there again. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows & nice soaps in the bathroom.

The hotel, facilities and staff were all excellent. The location is great - right next to the beach if that is your thing and about 40 minutes to the heart of ancient Rome on the train (Trains about every 20 minutes and €1.50 for journeys of 100 minutes or less).
It was great to be able to escape the heat and bustle of central Rome and head back to the seaside at the end of each day. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in Ostia, especially if you like fish! All those we used were very good.

An absolutely fine accommodation located right on the beach. It would definitely need a big renovation, as everything seems very old and worn, but rooms are clean and comfy, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast is included and better than what you would expect - pastries are fresh and tasty, drinks are the cheap sugarloaded postmix, but overall absolutely fine. Staff speaks English on an acceptable level and also kind.

We had a seaview with an excellent balcony. The hotel location is fabulous, on the seafront and about 200m walk to the public access beach. The balcony was very big and gave tremendous views of the spectacular sunsets.
