Close to tram/bus station. Close to some nice areas for eat something on the go. Beach view and the morning breakfast was absolutely perfect. I asked for balcony and they accommodated my request, appreciate that, views were great!

Excellent location, helpful and friendly staff with a great breakfast. The room is well appointed and very comfortable, with a balcony that has an excellent view. You can step out of the hotel directly onto the beach or a promenade with great shops and other attractions. If you need an airport hotel for a quick stay too it is highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment with kitchen that was well stocked and perfect for longer stays. Comfortable beds (even the sofa bed!) with high quality linens and pillows. Also a sweet patio area as featured in the photos. The hosts were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to help us get from train station to Ostia Antica in time to experience this amazing ruin. They also gave recommendations for other activities and places to eat. We enjoyed a walk to the beach and to the downtown area for dinner which was a 5 minute walk. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Italy and we wish we could have stayed longer. They made us feel like family coming to visit!

Mariana was simply the best host..she was there for whatever you needed..the room was clean and comfortable and had 2 really good restaurants right next door.. Mariana even took the time to send an important document to me that I left behind..it was a very good value.

Being one street from the busy waterfront, we found the traffic noises quieted by the tall buildings. Easy walk to beach, antique stores, shops, bakeries, restaurants, souvenier shops. Recommend this location.

Nice beaches and sea. Can get busy especially at weekends. Not all parts of the beach have sunbeds so may need to walk along to get a sunbed area. Prices for beds/umbrellas average. Sea clean and warm in summer. Plenty of restaurants. Don Pepe's was nice or go to the harbor. Er Mattatoio steak house really good.

Lido is not worth to stay more than 2 days.

Lido is not worth to stay more than 2 days. It is a very small town and not many things to do apart from going to the beach. The sea is wavy and not clean. The beach club we used in not so good, the staff was not so polite. I recommend to stay just one night in this place for airport transfer only.

Found the town pretty underwhelming with not a great deal of historical interest and a dreadfully commercialised and privatised beach frontage. For my wife and I, its main attraction - and the reason we chose it - was its proximity to Ostia Antica. One bright spot, however, was a very nice dinnner at a fish retaurant - Officina Cucinaria. Recommended. Also, the public transport network was very good.

I like staying in Ostia both for the proximity to the airport and access to the beach. It's also a much more relaxed atmosphere than the center of Rome, with better shops, and is much less crowded/touristy.

Excellent beachside area.

Excellent beachside area. Easy walk from bus/train station to hotel on the beach access. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. It does get busy on the weekend with lots of people looking for time on the beach and a swim in the ocean!

Our 2nd of three stays in this wonderful little hotel. 24 hour receptionists who are very professional, helpful and speak excellent English. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable with generous toiletries provided. The breakfast is the best we have had in Italy with a wide selection of fresh sweet and savoury products. The train station is a 12 minute walk away and it costs €2 for a 30 minute trip into Rome. Street parking is free and we were lucky enough to get a space in front of the hotel.

Location, sympathy of Christian, confort. Frigo with typical italian products that we were not expecting. Facilities and instruments to do some home cooking. Washing machine and needed products. Free beach 10 min walking. Train station 5 min walk, cheap ticket 1.5€ per person Lido- Rome. The host was excellent, gave us transportation from airport despite late arrival at ~ midnight.

I like Sirenetta hotel, I've been there last year and decided to visit again this year. Great location, right opposite to the beach, staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is gorgeous.
