Amazing location, wonderful staff and good price

We loved our stay at Mamma Ciccia. The convenient location, just a short walk from the station, lake, ferry and plenty of restaurants and cafés. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we would return.

Arrived to a lovely warm welcome, room was ready early and I was directed to nearby free parking in easy walking distance. The hotel is above a brilliant and excellent restaurant, I can highly recommend having something to eat here, the food was incredible. Room was beautiful, plenty of space, modern and clean, especially enjoyed the shower! Tucked away so nice and quiet too. There is a shared sitting plaza outside the rooms which looked like a nice place to rest and recover from nearby attractions. You're a minute or so walk away from the Lake Como ferry, so easy to get to nearby Lecco or Bellagio, equally shops and a local market very nearby. I wanted to visit Moto Guzzi which is equally a short walk away. Honestly this was one of the best hotels on this trip - not least due to the brilliant welcome and tips!

This was our second time visiting, and we loved. Everything is excellent! And specially the dinner of the restaurant!

Great Place with plenty of space , perfect for a family , very friendly host

The host is very kind and generous, showed me the parking and how to access everything. Definitely I would recommend, I wish we were staying more honestly, the place around is veeeery good! Totally recommended.

Everything!! The location, the room, the calmness, the spotless clean bathroom with such a design, the comfy beds, the welcome drink ( drinking it in the terrace facing the mountains was priceless), the host helping us out with our extra needs, the value for money.. Many thanks for everything!!

Beautiful house, full of antiques and art, located in a small town beside the lake. Truly a hidden gem away from the hustles of crowded tourism, Ideal for a relaxed vacation. The room was comfortable, the bed was super king and with good pillows (rare!), which is a plus for the place. Adele the host and her daughter Ciara are lovely human beings, helpful and caring. Breakfast is delicious, very Italian and tasty.

Great location, very much space

We were two blokes so we liked that it was two rooms. We knew the roads to and from were quite narrow so we ordered a Skoda Fabia which fitted with 5cm each side to spare :D (the roads ARE narrow which might upset some) Location was spot on - close to the lake, and close to 4 or 5 restaurants Really enjoyed it and would book again in a instant - indeed hopefully I will

Excellent experience overall. The villa is beautiful and the outdoor spaces lovely. The roof terrace has som absolutely amazing views. The location is also great - 5-10 mins walk to the water, several super markets and just by the train station with easy access to Milan.

App was super, spacious, clean and very close to pier. Plus parking with easy Access.

Location was good and cleanliness was acceptable. Furniture was very basic but acceptable for a short stay.

The apartment was as promised and the view was amazing. Having the wonderful pool was great also.

Marco and Chiara are beautiful hosts and the house is situated right at the Lake Como beach. It has two bedrooms, of which one is facing the lake which we had. The hosts prepare a surprise breakfast which changes every day, is extremely fresh, made from locally sourced ingredients and with lots of love. There's also an excellent wine selection and the possibility to order lunch and dinner as well. Marco also offered us an airport pick up and drop service with his excellent company. It was amazing staying here, we will definitely be back.

Cozy little place, family atmosphere, gorgeous views from the terrace. Makes up for all the shortcomings.

restaurant was really nice, good prices, great food. The waitress pretty much ordered for me, not much of a choice, i really didnt even have to look at the menu. but i didnt mind, reminded me of my aunties.
