Situated directly on Lake Como, this apartment is located in the old village of Vassena. It was renovated in 2019 and has a kitchen, spacious king bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and double glazing. Enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, heating, WiFi and smart TV and a Nespresso coffee machine. Space The apartment is located on the lake in the old village of Vassena in the hamlet of Oliveto Lario. Take in picturesque views of the lake on the balcony, or walk to the boat rental company located just 20 meters away. Receive a special discount as a guest of Margaritaville. You can use the paid boat rental services without a license for kayaks, paddle boards, electric bikes and electric scooters. Located just 30 meters away are various shops and restaurants including a breakfast bar, quick lunches, pizzeria, a grocery store, a pharmacy and a hairdresser. The bus top and public navigation service stop is also nearby. You may also pay for covered parking if you bring a car.
