The staff goes out of their way to please you! Also the owner and chef Fabio is fabulous, food really good and pizza amazing 👏. Danella, Matia, Flora Fabios wife, and mama nona make their guests feel like part of the "FAMILY ".

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable. The ambient was beautiful, very peaceful with a beautiful nature. Parking was available just beside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Amazing location, wonderful staff and good price

Arrived to a lovely warm welcome, room was ready early and I was directed to nearby free parking in easy walking distance. The hotel is above a brilliant and excellent restaurant, I can highly recommend having something to eat here, the food was incredible. Room was beautiful, plenty of space, modern and clean, especially enjoyed the shower! Tucked away so nice and quiet too. There is a shared sitting plaza outside the rooms which looked like a nice place to rest and recover from nearby attractions. You're a minute or so walk away from the Lake Como ferry, so easy to get to nearby Lecco or Bellagio, equally shops and a local market very nearby. I wanted to visit Moto Guzzi which is equally a short walk away. Honestly this was one of the best hotels on this trip - not least due to the brilliant welcome and tips!

We loved our stay at Mamma Ciccia. The convenient location, just a short walk from the station, lake, ferry and plenty of restaurants and cafés. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we would return.

Views are spectacular, the staff is so friendly and lots of parking spots.

The views were incredible however the staff and owners made the trip so very special! We left feeling like we were part of their family.

The staff were lovely. The accommodated every request we had. The room, albeit a bit small, had the best view we could imagine and a soothing sound of running water. Just one word of caution, the hotel does not have an elevator.

Everything was great, close to the centre - 10-5 minutes walk. The room was spacious and clean.

We loved our stay at Villa Mojana. The property was beautiful, the staff was exceptionally helpful and the food was outstanding. The tiramisu is the best dessert I’ve ever had! The location is easily accessible by transit and is truly magical. We will absolutely be back.

This was our second time visiting, and we loved. Everything is excellent! And specially the dinner of the restaurant!

I liked everything of the property! The staff was very friendly and helpful; they even have a dog that is so sweet! The location is at a walking distance from the downtown of Bellagio, which is perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and the room that we stayed at was comfortable and clean! I highly recommend this property for couples.

We opted for the apartment option, which is separate from the main building, and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful lake views, within walking distance to the center, and with the added convenience of private gated parking. Although we were initially skeptical due to its affordability, the stay exceeded all expectations. The apartment was fully heated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed — from a coffee machine to complete bathroom amenities. The private garden and cozy living area were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful, giving us a detailed tour and clear instructions on how to use the apartment and access the gates.

The view was awesome, stuff friendly, rooms ok for the price.
