We loved the rooms, especially the washroom. It’s big and got space.

Beautiful place by the beach run by a great couple with a pool and open air seating area for eating and relaxing. The rooms are clean and simple with a private balcony overlooking the yard and pool. It’s private, 30 second walk to the beach (one property inland), and the couple was fantastic.

I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and forgot to inform the hotel in advance. They handled the situation with great kindness, professionalism, and understanding. They politely accepted the change and honored my booking for the next day without any hassle. Their outstanding customer service turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. The swimming pool was amazing—clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the tropical weather. The beach is absolutely beautiful, especially for visitors from colder countries in Europe who want to relax in the warm sunshine and enjoy the crystal-clear ocean. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved the authentic Sri Lankan rice and curry, which was full of rich flavors and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices, including a full English breakfast, traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, and continental options. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Serendiva Beach Resort to anyone visiting Sri Lanka and will definitely return in the future!

The location and management was amazing. The restaurant behind was delicious and it was quiet.

A beautiful luxurious property with gorgeous sunset. Food was amazing and service too. Only an hour from the airport. Beach very quiet but the under current is very strong so you can’t swim in the sea. There is a large swimming pool to relax in though.

The location is very nice with an amazing view to the beach and sunset. Friendly staff. Some employees are young, but still professional and courteous. They just need some training and more experience.
