The property is situated on the coast facing the beautiful Indian Ocean. The views are stunning, and the sounds of the crashing waves are extremely therapeutic - the perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The property is quite large and spacious, with 3 separate buildings, each with their own private entrance. They all have easy access to the entrance of the property and space for private vehicles if necessary. Each room has its own private entrance, containing a large bed for 2, a medium-sized desk and chairs, and a spacious bathroom, including a hot water shower. You can also access any of the outside areas, which is a large open space that may be shared with other guests and the family. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and balcony. Smoking is usually permitted elsewhere on the property but may be subject to change situationally. PLEASE NOTE: The standard room has no access to kitchen appliances. The deluxe room has a small kitchenette including a kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. Delicious homemade meals can be provided throughout your stay. Tea/coffee is available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out (there is no extra fee). We will always try to accommodate, but it will be subject to availability. Online card payments are accepted via a link that will be provided to you upon check-in. Otherwise, cash is also accepted.

The centre of the bustling town of Kalutara North, including large supermarkets and local restaurants are only a 10 minute walk or 3 minutes car ride away. A market runs every Wednesday showcasing fresh local produce. It's less than a 10 minute journey by car/tuk tuk to the major city of Kalutara! You can also travel there via bus or train. Kalutara North train station is only a 5 minute walk. The train takes you anywhere along the coast, either north up to and past Colombo, or south all the way to Galle.
