We received and greeted by Mr. Hamza Dahmouni, reception at the hotel. All staff were pleasant and happy to serve at all times.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel toubkal, firstly upon arrival the staff was very friendly smart and spoke well, I was impressed then the swift check in after that the room was clean and as I had wanted no noise. The breakfast was a real treat which I took full advantage. The front desk greet you with a friend smile very welcoming. Located well all amenities within walking distance.....the valet car park was a surprise which was free...

Location was great, close to old Medina and walking distance to some attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. Mohammed took us to the Royal Air Maroc office when we had a query with our flight. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean.

The Wi-Fi connection was very strong and reliable throughout my stay. A special thanks to Adam, who was extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly extended our check-out time from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., which greatly assisted our travel arrangements. He also helped us secure a safe place to store our luggage before our departure. Overall, the apartment offers outstanding comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone from Africa, Europe, Asia and America visiting Casablanca.
