The room is very comfortable. And the view is amazing.

The staff is really hospitable, they are eager to help. My room was upgraded by the manager and really nice view.

We had a very exciting stay with our friends, the rooms was clean and the food was really good, the staff were very friendly specially Oumaima from the reception, Yousra the guest relations, oumaima and Zhirou, Mohamed also for organizing the transfer, salim and brahim for the tea.

Very comfortable bed, easily the best I've stayed in this price range. Nice specious room. Really nice rooftop with a huge and great tasting breakfast. Only negative was the room faced a busy street and it was very noisy well after 1/2am all 4 days I was there. I had ear plugs so it wasn't a major problem but without them I would not have slept well at all.

Everything was good since the front door reception breakfast rooms size beds....

The staff are really friendly and happy to help with any needs around the accommodation (like laundry service) and exploring Essaouira (best places to go, what to avoid, etc). It’s also really clean and there are lovely places to sit and chill out if you need a break from the Medina. I would stay here happily again.

Honestly, I don't think this hotel could have gotten any better, it's right on the beach, it was only an 8 min walk from the bus stop from Marrakech, about an 8 min walk to restaurants, and 10 mins from the medina. We were so fortunate to get upgraded to an ocean view room and we absolutely loved it and spent so much time on the balcony and enjoyed a few sunsets out there too. The wifi was good, the room was clean, the breakfast that was included was a great spread with a fresh omelette station, and bed's were comfy, what else could you ask for?!

had a wonderful stay at Cruiser Mogador Essaouira. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay in this hostel in Essaouira! The vibe was warm and welcoming, and I really loved the kitchen clean, well-equipped, and perfect for making my own tagine and tea. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. I definitely recommend it

Absolutely great riad in Essaouira old town. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Personnel is very friendly and ready to help you with everything. Rooms are good - and there is a door between the room and the bathroom (unlike in Marrakesh riads)! Breakfast is Moroccan-style, but good.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center. The common area, decorated in lovely shades of blue, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Both receptionists, one older and one younger, were very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The Riad is a great place to relax for a few days. Everyone is really kind and everything is clean.

I liked the breakfast and clean facility. The staff were also really nice. When I arrived and took the first room the bathroom was broken so I asked for another room, then by the second room there was no safe, after that I got the 3rd room which was perfect.

I honestly think the pictures do not do justice to this beautiful property at all. The whole colonial style of the hotel makes you feel like you are a heroine from a 1920s movie. Yes, the property was renovated quite a while ago, but somehow that does not spoil the atmosphere whatsoever — if anything, it adds even more charm and authenticity to the place. We absolutely loved the rooms, the design, the restaurant and especially the courtyard. The entire property feels incredibly atmospheric and elegant. The staff was amazing throughout our stay, and the food was genuinely great as well. If I had to mention anything that could be improved, I would say the pool area could use a little refresh, and the rooftop terrace was not really up to par with the rest of the hotel. However, honestly, we were not planning to use the rooftop anyway, so it was very easy to overlook considering how beautiful the overall experience was.

We had an amazing four nights in beautiful Riad Kalifa! The staff is amazingly friendly, and the tasty breakfast is homemade. The breakfast dining room itself is so charming! We were lucky to be in room 3, which has an excellent sea view (also a little beach and a rocky shore where people collect mussels). You can open the windows and enjoy the breeze and the ocean air. The room is very clean, nicely decorated, and the bathroom is large and has a very good/big shower. The location is also wonderful. You are in the center of the medina, and so close to the ancient ramparts, shops, and restaurants. We can't wait to return!

Riad is located right in the heart of the medina, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an even better room than the one we had booked, simply because it happened to be free during our stay. This riad offered the best breakfast of our entire trip — fresh, delicious, and served on a beautiful rooftop terrace. Starting our morning there truly became one of the highlights of our journey. Although the weather during our stay wasn’t the best, the riad thoughtfully provided umbrellas for guests. It was such a kind gesture and made us feel really cared for.
