The apartment owner is very hospitable! It’s a very cozy place with a lovely courtyard, lots of greenery, and it’s close to a beautiful and clean beach! My daughter was thrilled to explore the garden!​)

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a longer stay. Well equipped kitchen (no microwave), dishwasher, washing machine. Nice view from the balcony to the sea and greenery. The shower and toilet were separate, but quite small. The owner was very helpful. Please note that Booking automatically shows 800 m from the beach, but the property is on the hill and there is no straight path to the sea. So by foot it would take maybe 20 min. along the road (its safe). By car it takes 4 min. On the nearest beach Plaví horizonti there are several parkings. Thank you! Will definitely be back. :)

The villa was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy every moment of the stay.

New apartment with a nice design. Every room has its own bathroom. There's a small grocery store in just 5 minutes walking. The living room is spacious and comfortable.

The location and swimming pool suited our group of 3 adults and 6 children very well. Calm neighbourhood, good parking space next to the house, and easy to take shorter day trips to Kotor, Budva, Cetinje and other places.

The place was magical. My wife and I had a great time and made friends while staying there. The host is one of the nicest people you can meet. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Tivat, Montenegro.

The place was very good, run by a lovely family. They were flexible and accommodated all our wishes (including late checkout). The place itself is really beautiful with a fun pool and a beautiful view of the sea.

We stayed for a couple of days- the property is clean, beautiful and quaint. Very convenient given the proximity to the airport. Marko has been a wonderful host!

Wonderful! We chose this house because of its location (right on the beach) and the view from the windows. We also liked the interior from the photo. And I must say that in reality everything is much better than in the photo. The house is located in a quiet tourist area, directly on the beach. The weather was beautiful and we took advantage of the SUP boards to ride around the bay. 2 boards are provided free of charge and you can ride as much as you want. But we took a tour with a guide who taught us riding techniques. Every evening we had a barbecue on the beach - it was wonderful! The inside of the house is very well furnished, I was especially pleased with the kitchen, as we love to cook ourselves. Everything is very convenient, a lot of dishes and various equipment. Directly next to the house (100 m) there is a market - fresh bread, fruits and vegetables, groceries. We rented a car and were free to move around. 3 km to a large supermarket. 10 km to the center of Tivat. We walked along the stunning sea there and sometimes had dinner in restaurants. We visited the old town of Kotor, 15 km. The owners of the house helped us create an itinerary, so there was no time to be bored! We are very grateful to Anna and Andrey! We visited Montenegro for the first time, and even in winter, but despite this, the vacation was 100% a success! We will definitely recommend this wonderful house and will return ourselves, but now in the summer!
