Beautiful property right on the beach. Clean, modern and warm. Highly recommend.

The view is absolutely stunning. The host was very helpful and nice. The place was clean and very comfortable. We really liked the private quay so we could be near the water. We really enjoyed our stay.

The window view is amazing! Couldn't stop watching The apartment is neat, cozy and has everything you need for a short stay. The host took care of details - provided with all types of towels, coffee, big wardrobes, etc.. The bed was comfortable and we had good restorative sleep there.

The view of the Bay of Kotor is stunning. I also enjoyed the privacy of both the house and the swimming pad. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was friendly and helpful.

One of the best places we've ever stayed at. The complex is brand new, so you're getting apartments that are barely used. Apartments are well equipped, big balcony with good views! The pool area is great with very comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff is very helpful, and always present on premises. Room service available on a daily basis if you need that. Plenty of space for parking. Few small shops and decent restaurants within 5 min walking distance. The area is way less crowded compared to the bigger towns around the bay.

Everything was amazing; new comfortable room with all necessary things, big bed, new shower, AC, small kitchen etc. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and views are amazing, nice food at the restaurant and bar. The hotel is a bit away from Kotor, so there are not many people around and perfect for families and people who are looking for quiet resting.

Appartment is spotlessly clean and has everything we needed.. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Facilities and accomodation were perfect. Hosts Maja and Milos are amazing hosts, very welcoming and very helpful. 5 min walk from the apartment to a nice beach and well located for visiting Perast and Hercig Novi. Private off road parking spot is really useful. Incredible view from the apartment and terrace area. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying to explore the area. Thank you.
