We liked everything, room and bathroom was big and clean. Comfy bed. Staff was kind. Location is great with big parking if you rent golf cart. I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have higher rating as it was really great stay. At reservation there was no option to take breakfast. We think that restaurant in the hotel lobby is separate business and because of strong wind we never used it.

We love this adult only property and have visited multiple times. The food, drinks and service are always top notch.

The best place I have ever stayed at. Came for 1 day, stayed for 6. Perfect beach, quiet, they let you sit at the tables (which I loved for work with my feet in the sand) and use the recliners and all else.

Great location in the heart of everything close to North Beach. The room is spacious there's always someone at the front desk it's very safe. I will say the bed is a little hard but that's the only negative.

The hotel was beautiful in a perfect location.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool area was big and comfortable with bar and restaurant right next to it. Shower didn’t get super hot but comfortable temperature after a hot day still. Front desk was helpful in providing extra towels and shampoo on request, and recommended a golf cart rental just outside the hotel (we walked around for 10 mins and spoke to 6 other people and this was the best price - 1300 pesos for the day). Definitely recommend getting a cart to explore the other side of the island! Be prepared to pay a lot for dinner on the beach ($80usd for 2 people at one of the nicer ones) but going a few streets away from the beach you’ll get more of a home cooked, delicious, authentic, cheaper experience.

The location was perfect. Close to Playa Norte but much quieter. Lovely pool and beach area (although no swimming at this beach) Wonderful to wake up to the sounds of the waves. Simple bar with great drinks.

Loved the location from the ferry. Rooms are very basic, but clean and close to everything. We just needed an extra night for our trip.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We got to use the kitchen, the beach equipment and even the bikes. Thank you very much!

This was our second year staying at the property. We love the proximity to HIdalgo and the fact that you are beachfront. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. We will be back next year!!

Very good location restaurant had good food

I booked this hotel for my friend who was planning a surprise proposal to his girlfriend and they LOVED every moment of being there. The staff were fantastic at helping to organise spa treatments for them, and the wonderful sunset beach set-up for the big night meal was amazing. This hotel went above and beyong with so many special little details for my friends throughout their trip and on the proposal night, that it made it such a memorable life event for them both. Thank you to everyone of the staff that helped organised everything and for giving a professional and friendly service. THEY CAN´T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!

Everything beach club are close! The pool is amazing! The beach is unbelievable honestly everything is perfect

It is well located. The beach is amazing and has good sea food.

The hotel was right by the main street and just a couple minutes walking from the beach. The pool is super nice, and we had all the amenities we needed with a cute room, balcony and good showers. There is also free coffee provided.

I liked everything! 10/10 The welcoming, service, beautiful property, so many sweet peaceful quiet area to enjoy and relax. Great activities,/parties, loved their spa! great restaurants with accommodation based of their clients needs. Basically you don't want to leave the property for nothing else. Also their is no needs you have everything in place. I had a hard time leaving....can't wait to come again!

It's probably the best hotel on Playa Norte (the North Beach). For couples.

Quiet very clean. Cleaning staff wonderful, waited until 2:30 or 3:00PM to clean our room as we usually get up late. Only a 5 minute walk from Loretas Beach Club. See picture with our SUP at Loretas. Good fridge, microwave and standard coffee maker. No filters or coffee provided. We brought our own Tim Hortons from Canada (2nd here so were prepared) and bought filters at Chedrai. Beautiful kitchen sink and counter. They arranged for Victor (father and son) Taxi 0048 who provided us with excellent service the whole 12 days. Also they let us test our SUP in the pool when it wasn’t in use. Thank you so much for all your kindnesses.

THE breakfast was really nice and the wait staff very friendly

Nice big clean room, ocean view, great staff, well out of the mayhem of crowded central town, included breakfast at Loretta's Beach Club exceeded expectations (full menu order vitually anything, a couple high end exclusions), the beach club was relaxing (not the type with all day music DJ), to use umbrella beach chairs did require minimum daily spend on meals or beverages.
