Service excellence especially from the Concierge desk. Rocky was especially helpful in helping me connect with his colleague at the Mulu Marriott and Miller was so helpful in addressing my shock that our flight to Mulu was cancelled. We also booked a tour through the desk and were bery pleased.

A nice place to stay as it's near to suria mall , can walk few minutes to shopping mall and park your car at hotel parking area, view also nice, the food tasty 😀 , a safe place to stay and friendly staff #sorry I forgot to take picture in the room. Customer can view from bookings, the picture are accurate .💯👍 Recommended to stay

My family loved the place so much, the beach, swimming pool, food and staff are excellent. Thank you so much to the front desk receptionist berry for guiding us during our stayed and also thank you so much for keeping my child bag and phone went we already checked out. It's amazing place to stay in, comfortable, and worth it.. It's near to the night market,sea and places. The apartment is cheap with all the amenities.. Recommended place to stay👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is located in the downtown and the seaview is fantastic. The staff were so nice, and the food were so delicious. We’ll be back again for sure.

Everything! The location, the parking lot, the accommodation itself, it's really great.. Actually this is not the first time I have experienced staying in Keen Suites, it's my 3rd time here...

The apartment was wonderful, the owner and service was top notch excellent, very understanding and kind. The owner help us so much during our stay.. tho we had a few unexpected incidents, but the owner helped us with our stay.. A very excellent place.. I will surely book this place again ...

I stayed at the Sheraton from 21–22 January and had a wonderful experience. Guests are welcomed with drinks upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. The hotel’s location is very strategic, offering easy access to everything I needed. The sunset at Skybar was stunning to watch!!! The room is clean and spacious with excellent city views and modern decor. A special shoutout to the reception staff, who were humble, friendly and genuinely helpful. They even went the extra mile to assist me with activating my Marriott membership, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Great location; right at the centre and by the seaside. I was checking in at 5pm but the room wasnt ready. They were kind enough to upgrade and add complementary breakfast. Its not about the freebies but going above and beyond to show you care.

The all you can eat breakfast that was included, was a huge selection and was wonderful! Everything was delicious and there was plenty being replenished and plenty of seating. Great hotel in a lovely location, all our rooms had oceanview which was much appreciated.
