This is definitely the most beautiful hostel that I’ve ever stayed. It is a safe place to stay, very clean and hygienic, comfortable beds, helpful staff, near to center, good place to socialize and also security was perfect.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two days while transitioning between homes in IJburg, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable during what could have been a stressful time. Special mention to the receptionist with black hair and glasses, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. Their attentiveness and willingness to help with our needs made all the difference. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and our room offered a fantastic view that we thoroughly enjoyed during our short stay. Everything came together to make this brief period between homes surprisingly pleasant.

The location was perfect with easy access to public transport, shops, and major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Everything was so pleasant. Staffs are so kind service was very nice. Indoor swimmingpool, sauna, spa, everything was there. Also my room was very beautiful view and bathrooms window was very beautiful

This is one of the best hotels I have been to. I have been to so many luxury hotels around the world but this one stood out among the top 5 i have been to. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are great and the restaurant are top tier. I booked one of their signature suites and it is worth it.

Bright, comfortable, and relaxed place to stay, with a friendly and helpful host! Really quick and easy to reach by tram from Centraal station. Delicious breakfast!

The location for us was wonderful. It's not downtown, but easy to get around for us by using Uber. The boat does rock a little with the waves which we found soothing. Our only regret is we should have stayed longer. Casey is a wonderful host, and he took us to the local grocery so we could stock up on food.
