Beach Hotels in Den Burg

Very cozy home and it an excellent location. Close to town and also the beach. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access everything by bicycle. We are already planning our next trip!

The host was very kind and helpful. She drove us to the nearby town center to rent e-bike and even took us to the bus station on our last day. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom, and it felt even cleaner than many hotels we’ve stayed at. The view outside the room was beautiful, and the surroundings were very peaceful while still being close to the town center.

Bead & Breakfast without breakfast, apparently not included anymore... We went to vd Valk which was nearby.

Our family had an excellent time staying at Residentie Californië. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the stunning beach where we spent countless hours soaking up the sun (when possible) and playing in the sand. A visit to Eco Mare was a highlight, providing a fascinating glimpse into the island's marine life and conservation efforts. The unique experience of sheep hugging was a delightful and heartwarming activity that we all enjoyed. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a perfect home away from home. We highly recommend Texel for a fun and relaxing family getaway!

Excellent place for people looking for a non-fancy and quit place to get away from the city rush and noise.

Open kitchen living room was big. Kitchen includes all cutlery and cooking ammenities; pan, knifes, cups, bowls, coffeemachine, waterkettle etc. Dishwasher are in the kitchen with dishwasher pods. Books and puzzle games are also provided in the apartment.

We loved the location in De Koog. The property has a great space downstairs for Breakfast and in the conservatory area. We really enjoyed our hosts who were so gracious and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the room was in excellent condition. I especially loved the high ceilings and the large doors that open fully, giving the space lots of air and light. The room has its own little patio with chairs, separated for privacy – perfect for sitting outside and relaxing. The bedroom had a beautiful skylight window, so you can lie in bed and watch the stars at night. And as the cherry on top, there’s a small but cozy rooftop terrace. The location is also great – just a 10–15 minute walk to the sea, with dunes and a forest park nearby. Grocery stores are practically across the street, and there are many cafés, restaurants, and bike rentals around. Also, bus 28 from the ferry stops right in front of the entrance 🙂

I got to my room fast and found the parking easily according to explanations.

Great hotel for a nice weekend, but we hit very bad weather....good thing is that that scrambled eggs are made from real eggs and not from some awful powder...

We went skydiving for the first time. The location can't be better, right in the field. The suites are just amazing, super complete, beautiful and clean.
