Very accommodating staff, allowed us to exchange rooms with others in our party, Relaxed atmosphere catering to a wide variety of clientele, with a great restaurant on the property.

Air con in cabins. Location 10 out of 10. Clean and comfortable.

LOVED everything about Kimi Ora and would happily stay there again. Our room had the most amazing view, the restaurant was excellent and the massage treatment was wonderful.

Absolutely stunning apartment in one of the most beautiful spots in NZ. I cannot highly recommend Kaiteriteri Reserve enough, exceeded expectations. Family and kids had a magical time, we had everything we needed. Thank you Laura and the lovely staff, can't wait to come back again soon

Location to Little Kaiteriteri excellent

This home was in a fantastic location and the view was amazing. We enjoyed walking along the Kaiteriteri beaches and rented kayaks to explore the bay and visit Split Apple Rock. We also spent a day hiking in Abel Tasman. The outdoor fireplace was a great place to relax in the evenings.

Great apartment with all amenities. Kitchen was well stocked including a dishwasher. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good location close to the beach and Abel Tasman National Park. Smooth check in with clear inspections.

The location was excellent- the views of the estuary were beautiful and it was lovely to be able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the sunsets while looking at the water. The house was great, with comfortable furniture and beds. The location was also great, easy to walk to several beaches or trails.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The hosts were genuinely lovely people—so welcoming and thoughtful, which made all the difference. The accommodation itself had everything you could possibly need, with great extras like games, books, a BBQ, and a relaxing outdoor sitting area. The kitchen was also fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and tools, which made our stay super easy and comfortable. The location was fantastic too, just a short and easy walk to the beach—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat!

This property spoiled us for all future stays! Quiet, clean, helpful staff! A short walk to the beach and only a 20 minute drive up to park or a 30 minute drive to do some wine tasting. Was able to do laundry as wee with in house machine. Would stay here over and over!

This is an incredible 3 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of Kaiteriteri bay. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable - beautiful furnishings and a perfectly stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful time in this terrific apartment that is so close to everything you want to do in Abel Tasman park.

This B&B is as good as it gets: definitely a 10...Extremely clean and modern: the hosts have thought of EVERYTHING...You not only have off the street parking, but access to a big, beautiful yard and a pool, as well... It is VERY convenient to town and the Abel Tasman National Park also, yet it is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Plus, if you need anything, it's just a buzzer away. In addition there was plenty of room for our luggage. If you're planning on staying in this area you should definitely consider this B&B...
