The décor was fabulous and it was evident the room layout and content was well thought out. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was high quality. The host was very welcoming and there were beach towels provided as well as bath towels.

Tairua Shores Motel enjoys a harborside location close to the Tairua Wharf, and it takes 2 minutes to drive to the town center or a 10-minute beach walk overlooking Mt Paku and Tairua Harbor.

So glad we booked here. Even better than the photos. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for preparing a meal. Beds we're 10/10 comfy. Short walk to local shops. Highly recommend.

Clean, all the amenities, any tool you needed to cook was there. The extra touches like spices. The turn around time contacting host was within minutes. Lovely place would highly recommend.

Great location, close to the beach. awesome games room with pool table and big projector screen which was also for the sports, (supplied with Sky). Wet day on Saturday meant over 30 games of Pool played and hours of sports watched. Spa was heated and ready to go. The host was accommodating and provided us with all the information required prior to our stay. Would definitely look to book again.

The room was fairly nice but needed more work. I could see that there is work being done on the room and the building, if they keep working on the room it will be a nice place to stay. There are cafes, grocery stores and beaches within walking distance.

Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort features a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub.
