Staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

Despite big hotel we received warm welcome with personal touch (welcome drink, welcome card with my name printed and free bottle of wine). Room was very spacious with all amenities you need and ved was very comfortable. At departure we even received a small gift. Very pleasant stay.

Great location, very helpful host, the apartment was so spacious, everything was there. We had a parking space in almost empty garage, right in the middle of Porto Moniz. There were restaurants and groceries right under the apartment. And the views .. we spent most of our time on the terrace :) I wish I would spend there more time. Thank you
