Staff was super friendly and helpful. Welcoming drinks at the arrival, sparkling wine at the room. Spacious room with huge bed and even bigger pillows. Free access to the natural pools. As pools were too cold for us, we enjoyed the jacuzzi zone on the hotel roof. Breakfast was nice, with many fruit options and a nice view. Good value for money.

Amazing location, waves crushing under the balcony, spectacular views of the sea and cliffs, two great restaurants on site - both view sea views. We also got a welcome drink as a surprise and all staff were most welcoming and helpful.

Central location, overall vibe and beds were very comfy. We had a courtyard/shopping mall interior room which was very quiet. Pool was cool.

Despite big hotel we received warm welcome with personal touch (welcome drink, welcome card with my name printed and free bottle of wine). Room was very spacious with all amenities you need and ved was very comfortable. At departure we even received a small gift. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel has an exceptional location. Room is clean, spacious and cosy. The breakfast was full of choices. The offer of excursions is very nice. The location close to local restaurants and own access to the ocean is exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, staff friendly and professional. Most of the tour companies picked us up at the hotel, and for the ones in Funchal it's only 30 minutes on the bus with the stop right next to the hotel

Everything was great. We spent our honeymoon here, so they greeted us with champagne and room decorations, it was really lovely. The view was stunning. I also really liked the breakfast. Beds are comfortable.
