The apartment was great and Edgar is very friendly & helpful. Edgar has a number of apartments available. They are in the Dutch, east Point Blanche neighbourhood right on the coastline, in a quiet, residential, safe, rocky, exposed part of the island, so it has great views towards St. Barts & Saba and you hear the waves crashing against the rocks. Perfect as we wanted a place where we could leave windows/doors open & fall asleep listening to the waves! While not luxury, the apartment is a good size, well appointed, & everything works. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen/living area, 2 private patios & parking out front. You will need a car as there aren’t any beaches, restaurants, bars, or shops within walking distance. There are 3 very friendly dogs living nearby who will great you when you arrive or leave, so please be careful of them when driving so as not to hurt them. They are wonderful & made us smile every day. There is also a large group of iguanas who live amongst the rocks below the patios, who sun themselves on a shared patio & whom the dogs love to chase given the chance! The island is small. You can drive anywhere you need to go within 30mins, however twice a day during ‘rush hour’ there are some pinch points that back up & you can get stuck for 30+ mins if you time it wrong, so be aware. You drive past the Cruise port to go anywhere, so that can get a little busy if a ship is disembarking. There are some decent bars on the Dutch side (D’s on Simpon Bay Beach was nice & laid back, Grumpy's is also good & close) but the food is better on the French side of the Island, with some great options in Orient Beach, Grand Case, & Marigot. The Dutch side uses the Netherlands Antillean Florin (NAF) & the French side the Euro, but most places take credit cards. The Dutch side has 110v with US sockets, the French 240v with euro sockets.

Perfect location. Huge patio overlooking the entire beach. The 2 BR apartment had everything one needs for a stay. Great A/C too.

Perfect location and clean and comfortable

This place was awesome!! Just a 2 minute walk to the Boardwalk and right on the ocean!! The grocery store was less then a block away! We had bad weather coming in so our flight was several hours late (dark and raining), but Rose and Serg were all over getting us in and situated! Made check-in a breeze! This was a perfect location! Loved the fact we had a covered 1st floor patio, perfect view of the ocean, kitchen had all we needed and nice and clean! The bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable! Very nice infinity pool just a few steps away, the property was beautifully gated and felt super safe! We had some bad weather the first couple of days and this property made it super easy to still enjoy ourselves!! Serg dropped off the Newspaper every morning (on our patio table) and made sure we didn't need anything (if we were outside). We were left completely alone, but if we needed something we also felt very comfortable to ask. Just good people!! The pictures posted on Booking were VERY accurate. No deception at all! Cant say enough of how great this place was!! If/when we come back this will be the place we stay!!

Beautiful setting and views! And the staff totally epitomized friendly St Maarten. From front desk to all restaurant and pool venues they were great.

The convenience and the professional staff from check in to concierge, Julien, Sofia to the Bell guys Eddy to.the RED roof top if that's the correct name. Only draw back was early check out at 10am but we got an extra hour. Apart from that all was lovely. Would definitely return again.

Perfect location. Every room faces the ocean. Rooms are quiet and clean. When you arrive you pick your beach chairs and they mark them with your room number so you never have to struggle to find a place on the beach. The beach is never crowded and the ocean is right there to go floating in. The little restaurant, The Gingerbread Cafe, is nice. Good food, good drink selection and the people are wonderful. The mini market has pretty much whatever you need and if it doesn't, Neelu can find it for you! The people here are what makes this place the best on the island. If you are looking for a party area, this isn't it, but if you are coming for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you!

The location was very convenient to all the hot spots near by. The room was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything that we could need. We really did enjoy our stay and would highly recommend.

Room was extremely spacious (great value/price), clean, great kitchen, airconditioned, tv's, huge balcony. Central location in simpson bay, everything is in walking distance (supermarket, restaurants, etc.)

Nice, clean, comfortable , well relaxed don't talk about the VIEW! Customer service was wonderful.

I enjoyed every moment of tlmy time at the hotel. I will definitely visit again and spread the word around with friends and family.
