Beach Hotels in Chicago

I had a wonderful stay in these apartments in Chicago. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. The service was outstanding – extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s truly an amazing place to stay in Chicago, and I would highly recommend it.

Location is perfect. lively lobby, essentials available in the market, walking distance to everything. Parking across the road is cheaper than valet and it's in an open lot. Overall, this is our go to!

The staff was so friendly. Everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so polite and it absolutely stood out. They would say, “hello” and ask how we are but it felt genuine, no patronizing. Made the experience very comfortable and this hotel really appealing. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities in the hotel were nice.

I loved the location! The property was not even a one minute walk away from Loyola Beach and Park.It was also very spacious and clean and cozy.

Great directions on where to get the keys along with pictures. Then they also made sure I understood what they were saying!!!

I loved the 24 hour self serve snack area. The neighborhood was beautiful and so convenient to the L. My room had private access to the gorgeous back deck. Perfect place to stay to visit my niece at Loyola.

We loved staying at this property. There were three of us. It was clean and met all our needs. The bedding was comfortable. Just know that there are full size bunk beds in the bed room, as well as, a full size bed. One of the best aspects for me is that there was an easy working coffee machine, coffee, sugar and plenty of creamers in the kitchen, so we didn’t have to go out for morning coffee. The shower worked well, but know there is no blow dryer. The property was also quiet.

I loved it here. It had so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, trains and buses right there too. Bedroom was very large. Comfy beds and plenty of seating. We were supplied with everything you could need: pans, cups, soap, towels, paper towels, tp. Some cleaning things too which is nice. I hate staying somewhere and having to clean the floor with a paper towel and crawling around.😆It was awesome to not have to buy a bunch of extra stuff. Staff were incredibly responsive! I loved staying in a new neighborhood for me. I would definitely stay here again!!

Area, spacious, well maintained,

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful remodeled penthouse in Old Town. The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room throughout the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made the stay feel even more convenient, and having amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and a washer was a huge plus. The location was excellent — close to North Avenue Beach, Lincoln Park Zoo, and so many great Chicago attractions. It was easy to get around, but the property still felt private and relaxing. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

I think we booked our rooms during a much less cheaper season, and this really made it feel like the value i was getting was 100x more than I paid for.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our family loved the little details like the smell of the lobby, the family movies and popcorn in the pool room on Friday and Saturday evenings, and the hotel was perfectly located. We were able to walk to Millennium Park, Navy Pier, Chicago 360, Chicago Theatre, London House, Riverwalk, etc.

I had a wonderful stay at The Drake. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city—making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The building itself has a historic charm, yet everything is meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and felt very inviting. I went to see The Phantom of the Opera, and getting to and from the theater via Lyft was very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel café was delightful and felt very homey. I especially appreciated that they offered coffee to go—it was such a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend The Drake to anyone visiting Chicago!

The bed was the most comfortable bed in the world. I loved the pillows, comforter and mattress- it was like sleeping on a cloud!
