Very friendly and accommodating staff! Excellent food!!! The rooms are gorgeous! The design is unique and luxurious! We felt like royalty when we stayed. We were treated with courtesy and respect! Best hotel I have ever stayed at!! We will 100% be returning customers! Great Job La Salle staff!!!!

We liked everything. The location of the hotel, the paid parking accommodation and the price, the quick response of the staff, the kindness and politeness of the staff, the free clean water in the hallway, the free breakfast in the restaurant and the ease if going outside and walking in the city. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Brilliantly situated in the heart of the Downtown Loop, the Residence Inn is genuinely stylish and perfect for a city break. Rooms are spacious and well equipped: beds and pillows are really comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern with a range of good toiletries. Really courteous and helpful staff at check in and a superb breakfast. Whole place has a luxurious but easy going vibe.

Location was very central. Although the hotel is quite old, it is well maintained and the staff was super nice!
