The atmosphere, it was so quiet and peaceful ❤️loved it☺️

Gorgeous property, large rooms, great food.

i always book a room with a sea view. Breakfast always has a good variety of foods, and staff are very attentive and friendly. For the Comrades's runner we require a very early breakfast and i find it very slightly disappointing, as the hotel is 90% full of runners from all nations. A special shout out to the concierge ( a tall , solid looking, white Sth African whose name i cannot remember), he service was OUTSTANDING. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We had to be transferred from Parade to Blue waters which was an excellent idea as Parade Hotel wasn't appealing to us.

Staff is friendly, breakfast is delicious, Rooms are clean, closer to beach everything you wish for in a hotel🙂

Everything was good, I give 100% to the lady who welcomed us, working by the reception. The place was neat, everything is 100%

Rooms are neat. Bedding is supper👌👌neat.Fridge was working 100%, kettle and stove as well. Microwave wave giving us a problem.

The breakfast was great except that I couldn't get freshly cooked eggs.The breakfast had a lot of options and we really enjoyed it and there was good space in the restaurant.

Try to have a kitchen coz some we prefer baffet or to eat before we leave And m personal lazy when m not at home

Loved the theme. Staff were lovely and nicely located around shops and restaurants. Only fall back was the fact it was not close to the beach.
