There were a lot of volunteers here but they were so friendly and helpful! They'd welcome you to join any activities they were doing and if you were missing any gear, would offer their own personal things! It felt more like staying at a friend's house than a hostel!

The hostel has amazing waterflow and ample amount of hot water. Also, the room was very clean. Heat was sufficient to keep you warm during the cold winter. I arrived at 3am due to a flight delay but the hostel was empathetic and gave me clear instructions for the check-in procedures.

Comfy beds, clean rooms. Good location.

Don Pedro was an incredible host and went above and beyond to help us during our stay! The location was perfect (2 minute walk to the bus station) and the minibus pickup from the Puerto Natales was affordable and perfect for our group of five. Could not recommend highly enough and would definitely stay here again!

Shared dorm was large and very warm. Lockers are really big for packs. Kitchen and social space were always very clean. Felt safe and reliable. Ingrid is very approachable and speaks English too. A great stay. It was my second time at Kuntur

Property is well located on Bulnes street in close proximity to most attractions! Stand alone property giving ita nice feel. Very cozy rooms with big kitchen with am the utensils! Host is very friend add helpful!

The owner is so sweet and warm, she tries to tell us what happened in the small town, everyday after we came back from trip she asked how was the trip, totally like a family!
