All the staff were so friendly and helpful , especially Zee, and the food was excellent... the evening meal and the amazing breakfast

Great location for visiting Minsmere and other nature reserves. Quiet location set back from the road. Easy and safe off street parking. The fridge was really nice to have. Excellent takeaway breakfast provided so we could get an early start. The hosts are lovely people and helped us out in a pinch (lent us a pump for a leaking tire until we could get it fixed the next morning, which saved our day- thank you!)

Alistair and Ruth were wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed chatting with them over the excellent British breakfasts. The room was modern and comfortable, there's a garden that allows the odd chicken or cat in when Millie is napping. The location is great for touring the Suffolk coast or dashing off to Sizewell. Great Indian restaurant, Cinnamon, a few minutes walk away. Definitely do it again.

Me and my partner stayed there for one night. The host was lovely... Lovely little cottage. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Loved the bathroom. Would definitely go back again. Highly recommended

A great little cabin located right at the back of the pub garden, there are 2 separate cabins with a little patio, which overlooks open fields. The cabin is comfortable with a table and 2 chairs, a full sized fridge, toaster, microwave cups, plates etc The landlord/lady were very welcoming. Pub food was good and reasonably priced. Rock and Roll bingo was enormous fun! Good selection of beers/wines. There is another pub walkable from Theberton, 1 mile, The Eels foot Inn, which is lovely 25 minute stroll down a leafy lane. Overall a great stay a short drive from all the suffolk highlights we wished to visit.

The breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous, cooked to order and beautifully presented. There was ample choice. The dining room was very clean and pleasant. The bedroom was also very good as was the ensuite bathroom with everything that you could need provided

Rooms all look very nice. We have stayed here twice and both trips we felt our sleep in Leiston was best of the week.
