B&Bs in Belfast

As well as being pleased with the premises, I found the staff exceptionally kind and helpful; and I would point out that I had dealings with three of them.

Very clean, cozy room, nice decoration. Breakfast included was nice (fresh eggs to make however you like in their kitchen, all types of bread, spreads, juice, fruit…) also very conveniently located near the city centre and public transport. 100% recommend!

As described and good location!

I arrived before check-in time, and since there was a room available, they kindly allowed me to check in early. A super comfortable, pleasant and very familiar place. In front of the BnB is the bus stop, which goes directly to the center of Belfast. Highly recommended.

Lovely location steps from bus stop and short distance from town, beside park, and with restaurants and few shops nearby. Room nicely decorated with high ceilings and good linens on comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biccies & in room fridge. Stable WiFi and plenty of hot water & good pressure in shower. Really appreciate shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Quiet in my back facing room and spotless common areas. Spacious reception room downstairs perfect for online work meeting in morning. Good communication throughout giving useful information and answering all questions quickly despite not being onsite.

The kitchen in the house was well equipped to make breakfast and the owner of the place kept all the useful things in place like cooking oil, salt, sugar, and other basic things.

We stayed in a double room, there was WiFi, sink, kettle, small fridge, two seater sofa and two other chairs. There was a reading lamp, also two lamps by the bed and a main light. The room was very spacious. There are lots of stairs so room wouldn't be suitable if you had any difficulty walking up and down them. There is a fully fitted kitchen, with an oven, 4 hobs, microwave, and fridge/freezer, lots of tables and chairs. Very clean. The cleaner/housekeeper is very friendly, very approachable and he can't do enough for you. He is an asset to your company. Excellent stay and I will be back.

It was perfect, exactly what I needed, and the woman who was there to meet me was very helpful and accommodating even though I was there a bit later than planned.

Lady that greatest us was lovely and very helpful and so polite but apon her departure myself and my friend were met with nothing that I can describe other than pure hostility and bad manners .where when we dropped our bags in our room we went outside to the back area and recored on a phone by one of the long stay guests then feeling very uncomfortable we went to our room and then had from the kitchen directly below us someone bang on the ceiling for walking. This was between 6 and 8 on a Friday evening when we only walked a few steps from the room to the bathroom to use toilet and shower and were making absolutely no noise by walking normally and was totally rude and unacceptable to have the ceiling walloped for a foot step .also when I was trying to put in the wifi password to call a uber as I am not from the area and my own coverage was not the best I had the young live in guest standing directly behind me watching me for no apparent reason and when she was polite asked was there something wrong that there was banging on the ceiling she threw her hands in the air and said "I don't know " .so failing to enter the WiFi password because it had obviously been changed or WiFi switched off we left and stood outside feeling totally uncomfortable as not wanted inside the accommodation and definitely did not want to engage in any confrontation. Then apon out return we were afraid to move and the next morning seen a heap of postits notes stuck to doors saying how to close a door and open a door . There was heavy hinges on all doors that automatically closed behind and the lady that showed us the property very polite had said that opon our arrival.as there was no slam of doors or we could not control out normal walking the abuse and outright ignorance we received was apalung ..when apon reporting this to Dan he offered us his appogise and said "the girl was from China and did not get the culture here" .which too was ridiculous 🙄

Loved the location. Walking distance to many attractions and the center. Queens university is a few blocks . It was perfect

Room is gorgeous and spacious. Lots of space to move around.

Nice flat, great value for the money! Spent two nights here and had a good time :)
