It is a private beautiful modern villa over looking the lake in a small romantic village, but in a central location in lake . only 6 km from a town Colico with a nice beach, csfe's restaurants and a train ststion to Milan and other parts of Italy.. The host is so caring, warm and helpful. To sit on the balcony to drink coffee ☕ or wine in the morning or evening is amazing. I had a double room very modern comfortable bed good size bathroom. Free parking near the house. Its BB therefore the breakfast is Continental for me its sufficient. There is a fridge for the guests always with cold water and yogurt . Free coffee and tea.

Everything at Rosina house was amazing. The location and view across the valley and lake were stunning. The host Andrea was simply wonderful so helpful and kind. He drove us to the train station as it's quite a walk and we had no car. I would love to stay in this beautiful place again.

Accomodation is located in a calm neighborhood. Provided room had a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake Como. Room was very spacious and impeccably clean! Owner has made us feel like home, she gave us great recommendations on what ro visit (actually composed a full day itinerary for us), where to eat and how to get around! Definitely will book it for my next trip to Como.

Simply amazing Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were very nice and accommodating and even let us check out late. The property and garden are stunning we didn’t want to leave. It’s a windy road so we chose not to drive at night.
